Friday Dec. 8, 8:56 am.
I am currently at my doctor’s office after an annual physical waiting for a flu & tetanus shot.
I’ve been having a good time sending odd postcards to my friend Tony. I have confirmation that he is not annoyed with them and so they shall continue.
The most recent odd postcard is this corn starch box front. I see that I took this picture before I defaced it.

While writing this I pitched the idea of going on a road trip.
I do not know if this will be possible, but I hope that it is.

This is the postcard I sent to Slovenia on Thursday.
This fellow was a big postcrosser.

I believe this is the card that was sent to my co-worker in The Philippines, but it may have been a postcrossing card. Pretty sure it’s the Leo card.

Here is another card I sent to Tony. It’s an awkward one that I wouldn’t feel comfortable sending to most people, so to Tony it goes.

Slingshots!
So there’s a story here. I purchased a cheap slingshot as part of one of my adventures, but one of the bands snapped and when I went to purchase more I bought the wrong kind. Rather than buy the correct kind I purchased two more slingshots to match the bands I now own.
One for me and one for my partner Lauri. This order from eBay was incorrect and they sent me the wrong pellets (they should have been clay, not metal), but I am not interested in fighting the sale as the slingshots were the main but. I have plenty of clay pellets.
I am putting together an adventure backpack and these are the first items added to it.
What else should go in there?
Maybe a multi-tool. Perhaps the outdoor cooking items.
Maybe a kettle would be nice for brewing coffee while camping.
Something to think about.
