Hello my friend. It is currently 2pm here in Austin Texas. Sunny โ๏ธ & 100ยฐ F (37.8 ยฐC).
My dental appointment this morning ran a bit long. The next pieces of my implants did not seem to fit at first.
Luckily the amazing team at my dental office got it all straightened out and at my next visit I will have new teeth and will feel comfortable making big smiles again.
Of note; they need to add white splotches to the end of the teeth in order for them to match my teeth. This is due to an injury I had as a child that caused the baby teeth to damage the adult teeth before they emerged from my gums.
But let’s talk about adventures!

I got a drawing prompt book. I’m not good at drawing, but I do enjoy learning and having fun. I do not believe I will complete a task-a-day, but I think that I’ll have fun and that is enough.

This first item is making an ink blot test. Great idea, but I do not suspect that most of us keep loose ink around.

And so I found and destroyed my least favorite pen that I could find in five minutes.

To my lovely wife who reads these posts, the above step caused the end of the pen to shoot off.
I believe it landed in the garbage can, but I was unable to confirm or deny. I did search for the piece with no luck. If you find it and it made a mess, I am very sorry, but I believe that it would be under the oven if it is not in the garbage can.

Success!

As I often do after one of these small adventures, I brought in the fan to help dry up the mess.

I have not yet followed up on the “Ask folks what they see.” part.
What do you see?
I see a kabuki mask or a man with a beard and pigtails.

I also sent another postcard via postcrossing, this one to a fan of horses. As I do not have any horse cards, I thought that this one would be a good substitution.

Rub with dirt? My absolute pleasure, dear Wreck This Journal.

It was a lovely day and I feel that I am back in my groove.
And here is a Texas squirrel splooting.

The grackle is not pleased.
And of course I forgot something again. Edit: here’s another Wreck This Journal page completed:
