Woohoo! My first postcrossing postcard has arrived from Hungary!

Look at these beautiful buildings from 1973 Hungary! This card is also much wider than the image above appears to be. I love it! 💕

I used my lunch break to check the mail because I was expecting to receive another adventure book yesterday but the notification came to me after my apartment complex’s office had closed. I ran down there this morning, but there was no book.

… and then I got another notification that it had been delivered today!

This has some items in common with the other Lonely Planet adventure book Everyday Adventures, but these are much more manageable and “bite sized.”

I look forward to working my way through these adventures as well.

Also; the forbidden post office visit is very soon. Maybe I should have waited to request another postcard address from postcrossing until Saturday.

Maybe I should do some research on this weird little post office.

Maybe I should come up with other plans for this weekend as well since Lauri will be out & about!
